1982 – Taiwan Plant I
Transcyko Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in Tainan, Taiwan, focusing on the production of TRANSCYKO continuously variable speed drives

1990
The TRANSCYKO T600 Series cycloidal gear reducer was officially launched

1997
Began OEM cooperation with a Japanese gearbox manufacturer and successfully entered the Japanese market

1998
Obtained ISO quality certification, strengthening our quality management system

2002
Expanded into mainland China and established a new manufacturing facility in Suzhou

2003
Started an ongoing industry-academia cooperation project with a doctoral research team from a national university in Taiwan

2005
Successfully launched a new line of industrial gearboxes

2007
Developed the planetary gearbox for cement mixers, known for its durability and positive customer feedback

2008
Entered the rubber and plastics industry, developing dedicated extruder and injection molding gearboxes, promoting servo-driven systems in molding applications

2016 – Nanjing Plant I
Established a 40,000-square-meter factory in Nanjing, bringing large-scale mass production into operation

2017 – Taiwan Plant II
Opened the second Taiwan facility and introduced precision machining and measuring equipment from Germany and Japan

2018
Successfully developed the twin-screw extruder gearbox

2019 – Nanjing Plant II
Acquired additional machining and inspection systems; recognized as a provincial High-Tech Enterprise, Engineering Technology Research Center, and Nanjing Specialized & Innovative Enterprise

2020
Developed the integrated gearbox series for injection molding machines. Began small-batch production of RV reducers for robotic applications and achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification

2021
Honored as an “Advanced Enterprise for High-Quality Development” and reached a total of 64 authorized patents

2022
Developed a track drive system for construction vehicles and added high-end machining and measuring equipment, including the Kapp Niles gear grinder, Klingelnberg gear measuring system, and Doosan horizontal machining center

2023
Achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety certifications. Invested an additional RMB 50 million in factory expansion projects

2024
We were recognized as a “Jiangsu Gazelle Enterprise,” awarded as an “Outstanding Brand in the Plastic Machinery Supply Chain,” and named an Excellent Supplier by the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association. Also certified under the ISO 50001 Energy Management System
