Selecting the right reducer depends on several factors:

  • First, check the torque requirement and choose a model that can handle it to avoid overloading.
  • The reduction ratio is also important, as it determines both the output speed and the precision.
  • If the application demands high accuracy, a low-backlash speed reducer is recommended.
  • Other points to consider include whether the operation is continuous or intermittent, and whether the reducer can be properly installed and integrated with your existing motor and equipment.

Lubrication helps reduce friction and wear, keeping the reducer in good working condition. For new units, the oil should be changed after 200–300 hours of operation. After that, replace it every 3000–6000 hours, depending on usage. When changing the oil, drain the old one completely, clean the tank and gears with a proper cleaning agent, and refill with high-quality lubricating oil that meets the reducer’s specifications.

Dirt, oil stains, and debris can accumulate on the surface and block heat dissipation, which affects performance. Wipe the outer surface with a dry cloth or use compressed air to remove buildup regularly. Avoid washing with water or letting any impurities get inside the reducer, as that could cause damage.

Inside a cycloidal reducer, the input shaft drives an eccentric disc surrounded by several pins that mesh with a cycloidal gear. The gear has an inner ring with teeth and multiple lobes. When the disc rotates, it makes the gear move eccentrically around the central axis, creating the speed reduction needed for the mixing process.

Cycloidal gearboxes offer high torque and power capacity in a much smaller size compared to conventional gearboxes. Their compact design allows conveyors to be installed in tighter spaces. Thanks to their different mounting options and output directions, they can easily be used in curved or inclined conveyor systems, helping save space and improve flexibility.

Yes. The reducer can be customized according to the power requirements and working conditions of various applications. The design process involves selecting the right type, structure, and dimensions to meet specific transmission needs. Factors such as stiffness, strength, and heat balance are also evaluated to ensure stable and long-lasting performance.
